For optimal training results, we recommend the following approach: After getting to know a random treatment in your spa, we start with a personal feedback analysis on site, then work together to define the status quo. On that basis, and taking your in-house standards and specifics into account, I then select the focus topics for your training and prepare a suitable training plan.
TISS Trainings are hands-on and on-site at your spa. They involve your entire spa team, including spa reception staff. Depending on your preferences we can either train all your team members at once, or successively.
We can gladly tailor your TISS Training to the needs and facilities of your individual spa. Options include training during day-to-day operation, training on off days, or training immediately before or after a holiday break.
TISS Training works best when held on two consecutive days. This gives participants time to absorb and anchor their experiences from day one – then dive deeper still on day two.
